Charges will be invoiced by email on the 5th of each month for usage during the previous month. Payments are due by the 20th of the month and can be made by cash, check, or online via FACTS (either manual payment or autopay).

A $30.00 fee will be assessed for failed FACTS payments and checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

If payment is not made by the 30th of the month, a $20.00 late fee will be assessed. If payment is not paid by the 5th of the following month, it will become necessary to secure other childcare arrangements until the account is paid in full.

Parents who cannot meet these conditions should contact the businessoffice@cpls.org as soon as possible. The Business Office will make every effort to create an acceptable payment plan, but parents are expected to take the initiative.

Any K-6th student who arrives at school more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the school day may be sent to our before-school program and the parents will be billed on the 5th of the month. Any K-6th grade student that remains in the building more than 15 minutes after the end of the school day and not remaining for a specific supervised activity (i.e. rehearsals, clubs, etc.), will be sent to the playground/childcare facility and the parents will be billed on the 5th of the month.
