Why I Teach at CPLS: I love teaching at CPLS because of the focus and value on teaching students from a Biblical perspective. At CPLS I am able to teach students what is true and valuable based on God’s word. This allows me to train students to be lifelong learners of what is good, true, and beautiful and to build a firm foundation of information, virtues, and belief in Christ. I love that CPLS establishes the purpose of having good habits of learning and hard work – to honor and glorify God in all they do and to serve Him in all areas of their life.

Personal Testimony: I believed in Christ at a young age. I grew up in a Christian home going to church weekly and was taught about the Bible and God all my life. I don’t remember not knowing the Gospel, but I can remember specifically choosing to believe in what Christ did for me. When I was ten years old, I chose to consecrate my life to God and follow His plan for my life. Philippians 2:13 is a verse that has helped me in my walk with God as it reminds me that God is working in all areas of my life for His good pleasure and to accomplish His plan for me. I am very thankful for Christ’s work in my life to will and to do His good pleasure.
