Why I teach at CPLS: I really resonate with the students catechism used in Convocation Monday mornings “Why are you a student (teacher) here at CPLS?” I am here because the Lord put me here to become who I am meant to be, growing in wisdom, virtue, and wonder. I have no other reason that I am here other than the Lord put me here, and as a lifelong learner, I am so at peace with the decision to follow God’s leading.

Personal Testimony: I grew up in the church. If the doors were open, we were there! I relied on my parents’ faith throughout my adolescences. It was not until I was married, (my husband a non-believer at the time) that I was challenged to make my faith my own. When I didn’t have answers to defend my faith, I took on the responsibility to develop a relationship with my Lord apart from my parents.
